When I started this journey (again) I had found the first picture and decided to find the shirt and to see how it fit, obviously it was very tight, I was going through my pictures and saw the picture in the middle again and thought I should try it on again.
And it fit!
75 pound difference between the middle picture and the one on the right, No idea what my weight was in the left picture. But its from 2007 before high school graduation, So soon i’ll be smaller than I was in high school.
only 25 pounds away from 100 pound lost!

Chia pudding! 1 cup almond milk, 1/4 c. chia seeds, a bit of vanilla and coconut flakes, all put in a jar and shook together. Refrigerate overnight, and top with bananas! A simple healthy breakfast :)
